Jonathan Rodbell co-founded Atlanta Property Group in 2003. He focuses on strategic initiatives including capital relationships and lowering the carbon footprint of the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to forming APG, Jonathan served four years as Vice President of Apex Supply Company, a distributor of building materials, which was founded by the Rodbell family in 1949 and acquired by The Home Depot in 2000. Jonathan began his career in the acquisition departments of JMB Realty and Lazar Fréres Real Estate Investors in Chicago and New York, respectively.

Jonathan earned a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of The Westminster Schools, where he remains involved as an active parent. He chairs the Public Policy and Government Relations Committee of the Buckhead Coalition and is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

He has served on the boards of Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and Camp Sunshine and has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s (AIPAC) New Leadership Network. Jonathan is a native of Atlanta and currently lives in Buckhead with his wife, Heather, and their two sons.
