Tyler Kvietkus joined Atlanta Property Group in 2019 and focuses on office and industrial capital markets and the firm’s transaction activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Prior to joining APG, Tyler spent three years at The Dilweg Companies where he primarily worked on the firm’s office acquisition efforts across the Southeast. Tyler has worked on over $500 million of real estate transactions and over $125 million of debt transactions during his career.

Tyler graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate. He is an active member of NAIOP. Tyler resides in Buckhead with his wife, Carolina, and their son Bridge.
